Principle

The CCISD processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We only collect the data needed to operate this website and answer your enquiries.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). On every visit, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser and operating system). This data is used solely to operate and secure the website. Processing may take place outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States.

Contact and membership forms

Data entered in our forms (name, organisation, position, email, phone, message, etc.) is sent to us by email at contact@ccisd.ch via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). If this service is unavailable, your email programme opens with your message pre-filled. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and do not pass it on to third parties without your consent.

Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide in order to respond. For WhatsApp, the terms of its operator (Meta) apply.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Only a small technical cookie remembers your chosen language.

Fonts and content

Fonts, images and map data are loaded directly from our server. No data is sent to external font services.

Retention
